Orders
All orders will be dispatched as soon as possible, usually arriving within a few days (please allow up to 10 days). Orders are made through paypal. If you prefer to pay by cheque then please e mail us for details. When sending pictures of hands and feet prints please use the following e-mail address info@angellukedesigns.co.uk.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason then please do so within 7 days of ordering so a refund can be organised for you. If your order has already been dispatched in this time then you will have to return the order to us as explained in our returns policy.
Postage & Packaging
Postage and packaging costs are as follows: Orders under £9.99 is 50p, £10-£24.99 is £1.50, £25 to £49.99 is £2 and all orders over £50 have free postage and packaging. Delivery to the UK only.

Returns Policy
We are sure that you will be happy with your order but if you do need to return it for any reason then please do so in the original packaging to the address below with your reason for returning it. A full refund will then be given. Please note that we do not accept returns on personalised items unless they are damaged in transit. Please return all items to the following address:
